Meet Trent

Hello! My name is Trent Macartney, and I have been investing in real estate for over a decade. I am passionate about the industry and the opportunities it offers. When I was 20 years old, I was fortunate to learn about real estate investment, which has enabled me to buy, build, and sell nine properties before I turned 30. While I have had both successes and mistakes in my journey, I believe that these experiences have allowed me to educate others on what works and what doesn't in real estate.

Residential Development

I recently purchased a large block and am currently in the process of building four energy-efficient villas on it. These villas will have a Northern aspect, extra insulation, solar and battery storage, communal vegetable gardens, and a 7.5-star energy rating. These features should make the villas an attractive and sustainable living option.

 
New Builds / Subdivisions

I was the project manager for a land subdivision that I owned over a two-year period. During this time, I divided the land into two lots and built a luxury home on each property. My understanding of the process required for these types of projects has allowed me to confidently venture into larger projects with higher profit margins.

Established Renovations

I am thrilled to have successfully bought this property for $452,000 and sold it for $885,000! I achieved this through a strategic renovation, a deep understanding of market cycles, and presenting the home professionally styled to an owner occupier. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding process.
